Beginner Class

The Coven 101 is FUNdamentals class tailored to learning the basics of Pilates and Reformer. This class is great for all levels, especially newbies, who want a deep understanding of the Pilates method at a slower paced class. Not to worry, slow does not mean easy- the class will still challenge you. Here you will have more time to focus on form, learn names of the exercises, how to find the best modifications for your body, how to adjust the reformer and more.
Open-Level

The Coven Classic is our open-level total body reformer class full of the best Pilates fan-favorite, feel-good moves. Each class will build and challenge STRENGTH, BALANCE, & FLEXIBILITY to target every muscle from head to toe. You will leave class feeling like you magically transformed into a new body!
Expect an open-level class to have a mix of different fitness levels, from beginner-intermediate to advance.
Each person is encouraged to move at their own pace.

BBB is our Booty focused Pilates class. where we will strengthen every inch of your legs and glutes.
Prior reformer Pilates experience is recommended for this class. Class will flow at an intermediate level.

The Coven Inferno is a high intensity reformer class.
You are going to SHAKE, SWEAT & BURN with creative flows that will challenge every muscle. Expect high reps, long holds, tons of pulses, extra resistance, and energy on 100!
*Reformer experience is required.

Our Light As A Feather class is a low-impact-cardio JUMP-BOARD class. This class will combine Pilates precision with creative flows that will get your heart rate up and add a fun cardio aspect to your normal Pilates routine.
*Expect a lot of jumping, coordinating, and thigh burn!
Advance

Our most powerful class for our most powerful Coven members!
The Grand Coven is an advanced reformer class, for advanced-level practitioners. Get ready to unlock your full strength, dive deeper into your Pilates practice, and feel the desirable burn rush through every muscle!
*Requirements for class:
This class is not intended for beginners or populations who need extra care.
All members who take this class are expected to stand, balance, and move seamlessly on the reformer with very little assistance and a whole lot of control. The ability to listen and understand instructions is important for the safety of you and others.
All participants must have a complete understanding of Pilates, their body, and the functions of the Reformer.
NOTE: Instructors are subject to remove any participant who pose a concerning distraction, or hazard to themself, or other members. Please understand this is an advanced class, and the machines can be dangerous if one is not ready for this level class.

Aashna
Aashna’s classes are chill and spicy. You can expect her class to be full of high-repetitions, lighter resistance, exercises to target every muscle group, and plenty of modifications to make your workout easier or harder.

Cameran
Cameran’s teaching style is buoyant, cheerful, lively, and expansive. She emphasizes safety and making exercises accessible for most. She believes in making fitness fun and encourages all her classes to go at their own pace and enjoy the ride!

Dominique
Dominiques classes are spicy, fast, and athletic bases. Dominque incorporates creative flows, and challeneging sequences to build up a sweat.
*Dominique is best for intermediate and advance level.

Or presents a mindful approach to his Pilates classes. Or’s classes tend to be slower, more intentional and deeply focused on connecting the breath to the bodies deeper muscles, while challenging the body with unique exercise sequences.

Robbin
Robbin’s teaching style is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. Through creative flows, and a moderate-slower paced class, she encourages her student to find their full potential to increase flexiblity and strength.

Sabrina
Sabrina’s style is a mixture of classical and contemporary Pilates, and functional based exercises. Her paced is moderate, and class is great for all levels. Sabrina provides many modifications to make her group classes available for everyone. She gently encourages everyone to push past their comfort zone, all while making her class fun and challenging.

Sarah
Sarah’s classes are fast paced and dynamic with a weekly focus on selected muscle groups. Sarah's classes lean more to an athletic flow. Most exercises are classically based with added contemporary twists. Sarah’s goal is to have all clients move efficiently, effectively, and safely through exercises while building muscular strength. Sarah’s classesare great for intermediate and advanced levels.

Shira
Shira is classically trained. Her class is best described as challenging but doable for all levels. Shira offers a lot of modifications and options for you to tune into your body and see what works for you. She belives body awareness is imporant, and she aims to teach cleints how to listen to their body. Shiras classs are great for all levels, especially beginners.
