Natalie Torres is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and National BodyBuilding Competitor.
After her last competition Natalie turned to Pilates to try something new and work on her mobility, but quickly realized that the benefits of Pilates are endless.
Passionate about bettering lives through movement, she began implementing Pilates exercises with all her personal training clients looking to improve balance, stability, flexibility, and core strength.
Natalie is adept in both Modern and Classic Pilates techniques. Her favorite routines place an emphasis on muscle balance, coordination and building strong legs.
Outside of fitness, Natalie’s favorite activity is taking a stroll with her dog Oreo and a cold brew. :)
